1. Registration is required to accept our rules. Users must read all site rules carefully.
2. Using fake data or email will block the account.
3. Creating multiple accounts is prohibited; monitoring will block duplicates.
4. Email confirmation is required to place orders.
1. Credit card payments must be real. Risky payments are refunded; repeated risky attempts will block the account.
2. PayPal payments include 6.3% fee. Sending money directly to PayPal account is prohibited.
3. Crypto payments include 10% bonus and are non-refundable. VPN must be disabled when paying.
1. Any insult to support or management via ticket will block the account.
2. Support priority: 1) Tickets, 2) Online chat, 3) Telegram. Technical issues handled via tickets only.
3. Problem resolution: 24–72 hours; up to 7 days if software updates needed.
1. Using another shared license simultaneously will suspend the LicenseLease license. Original licenses can be used together.
2. Access sharing to original license site allowed only after removing LicenseLease license.
3. Latest license versions released in LicenseLease system after a few days.
1. All customer rules apply to resellers.
2. SharedLicense module/API provided to resellers; reseller must use recommended PHP version.
3. Resellers cannot process Special Offer orders; repeated suspension/reorder incurs $2 penalty.
1. 10 days before license expiration, renewal email sent.
2. Unrenewed licenses terminated; repurchase required.
3. Auto-renew via balance allowed if account topped up.
1. Debug attempts detected but not immediately blocked; desk checks within 1–12 hours.
2. Any manipulation in command execution may block license.
1. WHMCS issues not included in free technical support.
2. JetBackup, MySQL/MariaDB, web server troubleshooting requires separate support.
3. Other shared licenses causing damage are not LicenseLease responsibility.
1. Configuration takes 24–72 hours; max wait 72 hours.
2. Refund possible if configuration not delivered.
3. Configuration done once per ordered product; destroyed configs not LicenseLease responsibility.
4. SMTP config excluded.
1. Balance refund via original payment method; crypto non-refundable.
2. Technical issue not resolved within 24–72 hours may trigger partial/full refund.
3. Refund without reason within 48 hours: 100% for most licenses, $2 deducted for special licenses.
